Yoga for our Daughters is the Space where we consciously create the future we want to leave to future generations. An open invitation for peace and goodwill amongst all living beings.

We embrace silence, creativity, and community.

As well as hatha yoga and meditation gatherings, we will explore other ways of meeting and growing together….book clubs, art builds, resistance pods. Choirs, drumming circles, Civics Education, Photography and Writing;

A well-known tenet of Yoga is Ahimsa, aka Non-Violence. How do we cultivate peace in a collapsing society? How can we protect ourselves and those we love when the government is lawless?

Germans have borne the burden of non-action for generations for their failure to respond to rising nazism in the thirties. Almost one hundred years later, we can come together and make different choices.

The ultimate goal of yoga is to realize our oneness with all of creation. In Yoga for Our Daughters, we keep our eyes steady on the prize and BE THE CHANGE.

YOGA FOR RECOVERY & REGENERATION

Your private yoga classes for chronic pain, illness and trauma are derived from the Yoga for Arthritis program developed at a leading research university by an interdisciplinary team of medical and healing professionals.

In your private yoga program, we complement your medical strategy, you will master breathing, posture and movement habits that will improve the quality of your life significantly. I value being part of your medical and wellness team and welcome collaboration with your doctors, therapists and other integrative health specialists.

Some of the conditions I have worked with include fibromyalgia, MS, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, cancer and PTSD . I have created programs for people preparing for or recovering from surgery.

Committing to a yoga practice by default is putting your body in healing mode. It’s that simple. Yoga enhances the healing process and is a perfect part of your whole health and recovery plan.
